Happy New Year from Shasta Lodge!
We hope you all had a great holiday season. We have been keeping busy up here with some catered events. We also had our annual Christmas council dinner, catered by chef James and a few of his students from his culinary class at Enterprise High School. They have an upcoming competition in Southern California, so good luck to them!
Several of our members have once again been ringing bells for the Salvation Army. We also donated a couple barrels of toys to help them “Stuff The Bus” with toys. We are still working on barrels of food to be donated. Also, quite a few of our members were on hand at the Northern California Veterans Cemetery to help fluff out about 4000 wreaths that are placed for the Christmas season.
We have our annual crab feed coming up in February. Preparation’s have begun, and we are all getting ready for the fun two day event! There are still a few tickets left for Friday night for the crab feed if anyone wants to come...Saturday is just about sold out.
Lastly, We just finished our last round of nominations/voting for the 2025-2027 council members. Congratulations to all and please help us welcome the new & returning council members.
