Roma Lodge held its Junior Member Night at the August meeting. It was one of the largest meetings of the year with nearly a hundred members and guests in attendance. Over 30 junior members attended, conducted the meeting and were treated to a special BBQ and back-to-school

July was another busy month! I sure cannot say I am bored!
I attended the yearly picnic of the Watsonville Lodge. It is always a great and fun event. The chicken and pasta with pesto was great but sure miss the beans! Terrific job as usual Janey Leonardich and your lodge.

Summer is coming to an end and I hope everyone is doing well. I was able to attend the Roma Lodge business meeting this month. It was quite entertaining as the youth run this meeting and did a phenomenal job of it. Had a great meal and root beer floats. They then gifted all the junior members with a bag full of back-to-school supplies. Brian Watson our Youth Chairperson drove down from Fresno to join me for the meeting and lend me his son Tyler Watson for the week. I had great time with Tyler as he went with me to

In 2015, a member of the Roseville Lodge #1413 told me the story about the statue of Christopher Columbus that in 1976 they presented to The City of Roseville to celebrate their Lodge’s 50th Anniversary.
The City of Roseville accepted the statue graciously and proudly displayed it outside the Post Office in downtown Roseville. Sometime
