Hello from Shasta Lodge!

We recently had some alterations/additions to our dinosaur aged HVAC system in the large hall. Huge thank you to American Air for coming in and redesigning the ductwork and installing two new mini splits for us. What a huge difference it has made.

In addition to the HVAC, we are also doing some much-needed upgrades to the large hall, including texturing, painting, new window treatments, as well as a new curtain for our stage. Pictured below are part of the amazing crew that has been working tirelessly for weeks on this project. We are looking forward to everyone seeing the updated space at some of our next events.

Sadly, we must announce the passing of two of our members. Clarice Caporusso who joined Shasta Lodge approximately two months after it was established. She will be dearly missed. We also lost our dear friend Larry Cissney. He was a very big part of our lodge, always helping anywhere and everywhere needed. I’m really going to miss hearing his stories. Please keep their families in your thoughts.

We had the pleasure of awarding four scholarships this year to four amazing and hard-working junior members! I was so impressed hearing their stories and their plans for the future. Huge congratulations to Victoria Spoto, Eathen Watson, Allison Campbell, and Taryn Giacomelli. We are so proud of you all and we know you are going to do many great things in this community, and in your future endeavors.
