In Loving Memory:
It is with a sad heart that I start this article from the Anaheim Lodge. On Monday May 16th Carol D’Ordine, the wife of Joseph D’Ordine passed away. She had been in the Rehab Center for about a month. Carol was scheduled to go home on Monday with a Home Health Care person.

Carol was a long time member of the Anaheim Lodge, and was Mistress of Ceremonies. She loved playing Cards and Bingo. Carol was very active in the lodge. We are all shocked and very sadden with the sudden passing of our beloved member. Rest in Peace Dear Carol.

Sunday May 15th the Anaheim Lodge #2076 celebrated our 64th Anniversary. We honored Dora Vorono who has been a member for over 30 years and has held various positions. Doro has been a Trustee, Delegate

The Joanne Coccia Lodge #2553 was happy to have our State Grand Lodge President, Barbara Wisniewski, spend several days with us on May 14, 2022 and May 15, 2022. She was such a gracious lady and State Grand President the entire time she spent with us.

On May 14th, we treated her to a wonderful Italian dinner at a new Italian Restaurant known as Mazzulli’s Italian Kitchen. There

Shasta Lodge held our 42nd anniversary party in April. We celebrated with our Most Honored Members from 2019 Leonard Duz, 2020 Steve Delben and 2021 Gerry Carroll. They each received a plaque and a gift certificate for a dinner at Outback Steakhouse. We also read the names of the 25 year member Jim Nobili, Rose Nobili, Mauna Stockton, Jim Tomasin and Jim Tumino.

We always welcome visitors to our Lodge, from Lodges all over the country. It’s an honor to have them visit, and when you receive a thank you, as wonderful as the following one, it brings home the message of just how fortunate we are here at our Lodge! Our entertainment is spectacular, as the thank you says! And the regular entertainers bring special, very talented guests occasionally, and I would like to illustrate with three recent nights at our Lodge, which illustrates just how SPECTACULAR we do have things here at Dolly Sinatra Lodge!!      This has been a busy time for all of us on your Council. We are preparing for Convention. Our first “in person” Convention since 2019 and I’m so excited to see you again! Our Convention Chairperson, Lynn Lawrence Murphy and our two sponsor Lodges, Renaissance, and Anaheim, are planning some interesting and fun things. I can’t wait for the Theme Night, “Take me out to the ballgame”.
