t’s been a busy time. For my first duty as a Vice President, I’ve assigned all my state deputies to their lodges, assigned the official visits of the trustees of the central district along with myself.

It’s June so that means it’s Convention time and this year it’s in my hometown of Reno, NV. The Convention Committee has been busy planning activities. First off, we will have Bocce on Wednesday afternoon. This is always a great time for meeting new members and catching up with old friends as well as finding out what has happened since last year. First, I would like to wish you all a Belated Buona Pasqua. Last month due to the Grand Council meeting on March 18th, due to time restraints, I could not get my March article in. The Grand Council meeting was all inclusive with much discussion. We are trying to meet at least a large criteria of needs so that when the final building is found and completed it will benefit all Lodges in California.

February was a busy month. I attended events at the Redding, Chico, and Weed Lodges. The meals were Crab-solutely amazing! On February 10th, I traveled to Redding for their famous Crab Feast. There were 400 people in attendance. The raffle prizes were unbelievable, and the night was fun! The Lodge pulled out all the stops and returned the next night to host 400 more people for a second night of crab. On February 16th I installed the new officers at the Vincenzo Bellini Lodge in Chico. It was a great meeting with all the members. The President, Tony George is doing a great job in Chico. On the 18th I traveled to the Big Town of Weed for their Crab Feed. The meal was Clawsome
