Dear Sisters and Brothers,

Since the State of California won’t do it, I will. I declare the month of October Italian Heritage Month! On October 5th, I started my month out going to Pittsburg, CA to celebrate the 3rd Annual Festa Italia with members at the C. Colombo Lodge and the people of the Bay Area.  Mary Lucido and all the members of the C Colombo Lodge added to the success

On September 14th, I attended the Hanford Lodge 1543 96th Anniversary!  A beautiful location and everyone had a fantastic time!

On September 27th, from the Long Beach terminal, we boarded the Carnival Radiance for our September 2024 Grand Council meeting at Sea!

On Saturday, A productive meeting was held, lead by our State President Arlene, who ran a smooth and orderly meeting!

Columbia Lodge #1940 celebrated its 80th anniversary at the beautiful Peninsula Italian American Social Club in San Mateo and also honored long time member and State President Arlene Marcucci Nunziati.

One hundred twenty attendees were present and after the program danced to the great music of the Lou Franco Band.  In addition, a beautiful raffle was held with over 50 prizes.  Most people
