Hello from Redding,

While Shasta Lodge seems to always be busy we have slowed down a bit since our Crab Feed. On April 5th seven member of our lodge attended a dinner at Win-River Casino sponsored by the Shasta County Veterans Affiliated Council. Our lodge was presented with the President’s Award and also received special recognition from our U.S. House of Representative from California, Doug LaMalfa, our California State Senator, Brian Dahle

During the meeting of C. Colombo Lodge #1315, Dennis Clark, Master of Ceremonies, made a special presentation on behalf of the Veterans Hospital of Martinez. Dennis presented the ladies with gifts of roses to thank them for all the work they did in designing, organizing and preparing the tray favor cards for the men and women finding themselves under VA care each month.

58th Anniversary Dinner

On Monday, April 8, 2024, I attended the Hacienda Lodge’s Anniversary Dinner held prior to the meeting.   There was a very nice crowd attending and enjoyed celebrating the lodge’s 58th anniversary.
