We just held our annual two night Crab Feed. We were late getting tickets ready to sell this year because of the delays of opening to the commercial crab season, but were sold out in seven days after tickets were finally available.
The clam chowder is always a crowd pleaser and the crab was fresh and plentiful. The raffle baskets were beautiful and our bar was very busy, leading us to a very successful event. Thank you to our great chairmen Paul Monette and
Andy was born on July 28, 1931 in New Haven, Connecticut. His parents were John and Mary Pampuro. He was the eldest of three children. His brother passed away in 1983 and his sister on 2021. He also has a half-brother.
Andy was a member of OSDIA for 53 years. He served as editor of the IL Leone for 24 years. He loved doing the paper till he got sick. Andy joined the Order Sons and Daughters of Italy in 1970 with his wife Louise. Almost immediately they both became very active with the Centinela Valley Lodge. In 1971 Andy became
I hope all of our Lodge Officers were able to meet with their Council to set schedules for 2023. Knowing where we are going makes things easier. When a bump in the road occurs, it is easy to work around it when you have a plan.

We are now approaching OSDIA’s 118th year! WOW! How proud we are of the accomplishments and success of so many wonderful years of being one of the oldest fraternal organizations. We could not have moved forward without the tireless work of volunteers’ members, state, and national officers as we move into 2023. Over the last several months, we’ve been navigating the “new normal” as our world and lodges begin to slowly re-open and re-gather. During this transitional period, we’ve remained dedicated to the Order, preserving our Italian Heritage, Italian Culture & Language.
