Hanford Lodge #1543

Blake Scialo was awarded the $1000.00 Hanford Lodge Memorial Scholarship for 2024/25. He is shown with Jackie Giacomazzi, Scholarship Chair and Lodge President Michael Leoni. Blake’s parents are Vincent & Kristine Scialo and his grandmother, Patricia Scialo. His sister, Chloe, (who received the Lodge scholarship in 2021/22) will be a senior at Fullerton State. Blake will attend Boise State in the fall.

Madalyn Ogburn was given “farewell” wishes at the May meeting. Maddy will reside in San Diego with her husband who has been transferred with the military. We wish her “buona fortuna”. She has been a great member during her stay in Hanford. We will miss her so much!! Don’t forget, mark your calendars for our upcoming 95th anniversary celebration to be held on September 14 in Hanford with a luncheon at the Kings Country Club. Happy Summer!!
