Eureka Lodge #1274

Eureka Lodge’s 100th anniversary dinner celebration is scheduled for March 23rd at the City of Eureka’s Wharfinger Building overlooking Humboldt Bay.  The festivities will begin at 5PM and the catered dinner at 5:30PM.

     The celebration will continue throughout this year with historical displays, lectures and interviews at various museums and on public access television recalling the Italian-American experience in Humboldt County.

     Lodge member Ron Dawson is working on a project to pinpoint all of the towns of origin of our Eureka Lodge members on a large map of Italia.  Please email Ron with the name of your ancestors’ home town at   rdd7up@gmail.com

     Please remind your grandchildren or friends with children of Italian descent that applications for the Irene and Paul Pinochi and Frank Stagnoli Scholarships are available now from their high school counselors or by calling Gene Perricelli at 707-443-0493 to have an application mailed directly to them.

     Our next general meeting will be on March 26th at 6PM.  Bring a friend who you think might want to join our lodge.
