Dear Brothers and Sisters,

At convention this past June our delegation was able to learn first hand about the database program National is providing (imembersdb) to all of the Grand Lodges and Filial Lodges across the United States. We had Patrick Longano, CRO from imembersdb and Shayla Kaestle, Managing Director at OSDIA National join us as they presented the program to us. They were great and stayed after the presentation to answer any questions the delegates had for them.

Since our convention we have been working with our Filial Lodges gathering email lists of their members, Mark Vaona has been working with Patrick making sure all of our i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed before we upload everyone into the system and put it to work for all of our Filial Lodges. Patrick and Mark are confident that we will have the system up and running for everyone very soon.

Yes, it is correct the database system is being provided free of charge to us by National, and there will be individuals available to train us within the system. In the event you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out, we will answer any questions you have.
