Obituaries - Roma Lodge

Roma Lodge members were saddened with the passing of 70-year member Gary Dutto. Gary was a long-time supporter of the lodge volunteering his time and resources for many Roma Lodge activities and fundraisers. He lived in the Tulare area most of his life and was active in the community and local Lions Club. He and his wife Dawn are survived by their five children and 16 grandchildren. Gary spent his entire working career with the Wilbur-Ellis Company retiring in 2003 as a Vice President. During his retirement he enjoyed spending time with his family during trips to the beach and prior to his passing took the entire family on a cruise to Mexico during the Christmas Holiday season. Janis Curti passed away on March 10th. She was a 47-year member of Roma Lodge and along with husband Phillip was a regular attendee at lodge meetings, fundraising activities, and other lodge events. Janis enjoyed sharing a meal with other members and always had a smile on her face and welcomed everyone to lodge meetings. She was especially proud to have her son Justin Curti become the vice-president of the lodge and loved to have her grandchildren attend meetings and participate in junior member activities.
