January of an odd numbered year brings the installations of each lodges new slate of officers. I’d like to congratulate all the new officers, especially the first timers, thank you for stepping up, to serve your lodge for the next 2 years.

Attended the Watsonville lodges meeting and helped with the installation of their officers along with a fantastic dinner.

January 25 we attended the 100 anniversary of the Sacramento Lodge, held in Roseville, California. A very nice function with a great turnout.

Tulare County’s World Ag Expo is one of the largest agricultural trade shows in the world, drawing some 100,000 individuals from over 70 countries each year. Kicking off Feb. 11 through Feb. 13 at the International Agri-Center, the event hosts over 1,200 exhibitors displaying cutting-edge technology and equipment on 2.6 million square feet of exhibit space. The local OSDIA lodge Roma 1573, has been part of the show since its beginning, showcasing the deep roots the Italian community plays in the greatest agricultural region in the world!
