COLUMBIA LODGE #1940

On March 10th our lodge held a Bocce Tournament at the Peninsula Italian American Social Club in San Mateo. The event was an enjoyable event by all who attended with good times, good food and good friendship. We had 48 players who participated in the bocce tournament.

The winning teams were:

1st Place:
Captain: Phyllis Tognotti
Players: Pat Cacciatore, Craig Srabian & Rich Trammell

2nd Place
Captain: Miranda Zanette
Players: Roberta Bernat, Frank Verducci & Renzo Sandrini

3rd Place
Captain: Mario Patane
Players: Helena Vella, Bob Tomasello & Sue Bertolozzi.

Many thanks are given to Diana Garibaldi, John Nardi, Phyllis & Mike Tognotti, Angie & Angelo Fanucchi, David Fanucchi & Valerie Nagle for their participation in making this a very successful event. Our Lodge members played a great game, and some members were in fact winners.
