Pat Scialo and Jackie Giacomazzi pose after cleaning up after the March meeting of the Hanford Lodge. The two were chairpersons of the refreshment committee and provided for a very “green” refreshment table consisting of green wraps, green jello salad and green garden salad with all the trimming. Hanford is in charge of the United Lodges of the San Joaquin Valley meeting on Sunday, March 12, to be held in Lemoore, CA. The Lodge is also planning an outing to the Chaffee Zoo in Fresno in May and a BBQ in June. Happy Easter and Spring. (if it ever stops raining)!!!
The Napa lodge is bracing for an engaging and active year ahead. The newly installed leadership team has been working diligently to revamp administrative processes and communication tools, ensuring that members are informed and connected.

Our Lodge had 7 New Members initiated at our February meeting. Presiding over the ceremony was State 3rd Vice president, Louie Lodi, and our participating State Deputy,Yvonne Vanoni.
Also last month, we had a nice social event at New Clairvaux Winery, which is at Monestary outside of Chico. The Trappist Monks
New Members
Roma Lodge #1573 initiated 14 new members at our September meeting. It is the largest group of new members to join the lodge in recent memory. This brings the membership in the lodge to 290 members.
Being a little late is as bad as much too late.
Last month Bert Liberta presented a short history of Luna’s Restaurant with a good crowd attending at the “Let’s Talk Clovis” event which is sponsored by the Clovis-Big Dry Creek Historical Society.
Reminder: Our meetings are now on the first Wednesday of the month at 6:00 PM at Luna’s, on Pollasky Ave.
At our February meeting we choose Michael Croaro to be our “Sweetheart of the Year”! Mike has been a trustee for Columbia Lodge for the past three years and has been very generous and helpful to our lodge. He does all of our printing at no charge and has saved us money.
Our first Bocce tournament was held Sunday, March 12 and was very successful. Fun was had by all who attended. Thank you
